The service providers commissioned by the controller are located and operate their IT infrastructure within the EEA only. This also applies to any use of cloud-based services. Contracts are in place with the service providers which comply with the data protection and security requirements of the EU GDPR. 25hours Hotel Company remains controller of processing even if external service providers are commissioned.
Newsletter data
